Pina Colada cake

We’re still pretending June is only 3 weeks away here at Timberhill Bakery.

It’s not quite grass skirts and suncream but we’ve got the next best thing – Pina Colada cake.

We’ve transferred the classic cocktail to a cake with loads of coconut and pineapple refreshing flavours. This is also the first cake we’ve made with a vegan version of a cremeux so the topping is super indulgent and moist without being too sweet.

Shades on and tuck in.
