A big part of the success of our free-range meat toasties is the quality of the meat we source. Our business started with us making free range pies back in 2007 and we’ve sourced high quality meat from a range of butchers over the years, including quite well known companies like Graig Farm.
Since moving to Norwich we have tried a few butchers who supply fee range meat and we started working with Jamie at Archers around a year ago. Their’ quality is first class and their service excellent.
They took us seriously when we were buying a lot less than we do now and have tailored what they offer to what we need to make our business work. Like us, they believe in good old-fashioned service.
So it came as no surprise to read last week that Archers have won Britain’s Best Butchers Shop 2018.
