Sweet products get their turn for some attention this month.
Two of our best-selling cakes, Lemon & Raspberry and the classic Carrot Cake, have now converted from dairy-free to vegan.
In the final stages of development we gave a couple of our regulars a taster of old vs new, to check that we weren’t compromising on flavour in our aim to reduce the impact of what we bake. Most of those who tasted the 2 side by side actually preferred the vegan one . . .
