Not long now before Natalie and I have our first days off of the year.
We're off to Berlin where we'll be seeking out the new, the different and the inspiring.
Part of the trip will involve working with the master baker at Landbrot bakery, Berlin's leading Organic and Biodynamic Artisan Bakery where I hope to share and learn. Very excited.
