Chia & Flax Sourdough debuts at Usk Farmer’s Market 7th June

44hr Chia & Flax SourdoughLots of new things bubbling in the bakery (literally in the case of sourdough). Following our new Wholegrain and Emmer Sourdough loaves we're currently fine-tuning our latest baby: a Chia & Flax Sourdough. Based on a white, dark rye and wholegrain dough, this loaf has lashings of super-healthy seeds and is fully fermented for 44 hours for a great sour tang. Debuts this Saturday at Usk Farmer's Market.
