Usk Farmer’s Market – 5th April

We're back tomorrow morning and will be bringing 2 new sourdough loaves we've been developing.

The first is a Wholegrain Sourdough where even the mother culture is cultured with wholegrain flour. And the second is, we think, a world first – a 100% Khorasan Sourdough, which also has its own mother culture made exclusively of Khorasan flour.

This means another two mouths to feed every day, as our "sour tower" of cultures grows…
