Interesting week this week, where we had a little stand at a trade show. It's our first attempt to sell our bread at an event like this and we had lots of interest from food-pubs, restaurants and prestigious hotels. Fingers crossed it'll come to something.
As usual with these events the most interesting part was talking to other producers and learning their experiences, both good and bad. Enjoyed talking to Halen Mon, Cradoc's, Collier's Cheese and Little Welsh Deli.
Despite the wind, rain and hailstones, Natalie's on her way to Usk already and will be with you as normal this morning. Roll on Spring.
