Slow dough beats gluten intolerance

Hi Mike

I spoke to you at the Cowbridge Food Festival about the allergy
problem my wife was having after eating bread.  You recommended the spelt sourdough.  As promised we are delighted to report back that not only did we
thoroughly enjoy the loaf but she hasn't had any of the normal symptoms
associated with wheat / gluten allergies.

I would be grateful if you
could confirm where and when you deliver in Cardiff so that we can get more of
your delicious fresh bread.
