I believe it was yourself I bought
a couple of loaves from on Saturday (at Neath Food Festival) and felt compelled to write to say what a
fantastic (and delicious!) job I think you’re doing.
The sourdough didn’t make it past
the weekend – it was demolished by Sunday morning. But I froze the fig &
apricot as you directed and, having just enjoyed a couple of slices in work, had
to write to say a big well done.
