Hooked on white bread?

Everyone knows you should eat more wholemeal bread -wholemeal has more goodness from the whole grain, is higher in fibre and is absorbed more slowly into the body which controls sweet cravings blah blah blah.

But if you're hooked on white bread how do you wean yourself off?
